His career spans over 100 successful acquisitions, showcasing his expertise in the industry.

SPITALIERI
Joining our leadership team in August 2023, Anthony J Spitalieri, renowned for his leadership in multiple waste management initiatives, took on the roles of Clean’s COO and president. Anthony and Scott previously collaborated at United Material Management (UMM), where they established robust recycling, collection, and waste facility infrastructure. Together, their efforts at UMM led to the annual recycling of millions of pounds at its processing centers, highlighting a steadfast commitment to resource conservation.

PARLENGAS
Ron’s extensive career predominantly spans the Portable Restrooms and Solid Waste Industry, including a CFO role during the formative years at United Site Services, where he spent a decade. His skill set includes substantial proficiency in valuation modeling, business acquisition, and seamless integration. Notably, Ron commenced his career in Big 4 public accounting, laying a robust foundation for his multifaceted expertise. Prior to joining Clean, he held a pivotal six-year tenure as President and CFO of a specialty business catering to the aerospace industry.

Steve Quintal, a 20-year industry veteran and founder of Mr. Restrooms, manages the Northern New England Market, including Boston proper, Northern Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. With over 22 years of experience, Steve is our most seasoned operator.

Marzi
VP Western Florida
Anthony Marzi, another Regional Restroom founder, spearheads our operations in the Northwestern Florida market. Prior to joining the company, Anthony spent six years playing minor league baseball for the Minnesota Twins and New York Yankees. As an undergraduate at UCONN, Anthony set several sports and academic records.

Cory Schroder, founder of Regional Restroom, oversees our presence in the Southwestern New England market, covering Connecticut, Southern Massachusetts, Western Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. Cory not only leads this region but also contributes significantly to our acquisition strategies and other company-wide initiatives.
